1. Download “Associate Centre Form” from this Authorized website of Our Institute (or) fill the online form and submit it along with the scanned copies of required documents, after transferring Centre fee online.

 

2. Rs.10000/- is non-refundable Associate Center fee, (for which the broacher & other stationary will be dispatched) has to be paid in the shape of DD favoring “Our Institute” payable at “Thiruppur” and such DD shall be affixed to the Center form

 

3. Center must be run by either a Regd. Trust / Society or a Company/ any other legal Institution. A copy of Registration Certificate & Bye-laws of such Parent Agency, shall be enclosed to the Center form.

 

4. Copy of such Resolution to that extent to be an Associate Center of CAPS, passed by the EC/ Governing Body of the Parent Agency shall be enclosed to the Center Form.

 

5. All the copies of relevant documents of Parent Agency also shall be enclosed to the Center Form.

 

6. With all the above enclosures, the Center form shall be sent to: Secretary General, Our Institute (of any address given under Contact Details., however, one copy must be sent to the Registered office at Hyderabad)

 

7. After scrutiny of the above documents, the Center shall be inspected.

 

8. If the facilities, that are being organized by the Associate Center, found satisfactory, the Orders for the Associate Center at such location shall be accorded, and an MOU shall be signed mutually for 12 months, and which can be extended for further period later.
