INCEPTION in 1990
VELVIOT – The Institute is under an Independent Educational Research Board (NCMRDT), struggling hard for achieving Entrepreneurship & Technical skills in India , which had actually been taken birth with the name & style as “National Council for Management Research, Development & Training” by a Group of eminent professional Trainers under the Leadership of
Mr.M M Prabhu MBA, MSWC (Aus), (Ph.D)., on 2013 Domestically in India.
Later, since 2013, under the new name & style as Velviot Business Studies – Practical, this institute has started its service activities by establishing Basic Literacy Training & Practices’ branches in various Cities & Towns of Tamil Nadu as well as the different places in other States of India such as Kolkata, Bangalore, Cochin & Hyderabad, etc.. with a particular motto to empower the Nation with Entrepreneurship Skills & Management Education and to lit the minds of people with business Literacy, especially under the effective inspiration of the new Education Policy of Govt. of India, 1986.
From 2013, Velviot Leadership Forum, as an registered (Under Govt. Act) Autonomous National Council For Management Research, Development & Training Center in India with the similar Aims & Objectives, which is duly Registered under appropriate Government Act for its statute existence, has taken up the Administration over The Council, and there onward, The Council has been spreading wings to pave Golden Path across the Country from Kashmir to Kanya-Kumari for the immense benefit of the Indian Citizens, who have a burning desire for the entrepreneurship achievements, by way of conducting Training Programs for various programs in that of Study in Distance / Regular (face to Face) / Online modes, ranging from Diploma to Post Graduate / Masters level, in association with different Recognized Boards/ Schools /Universities/ as well as Abroad Universities/ Reputed Registered Independent Institutions / Organizations etc.
AUTONOMOUS BODY
The term Autonomous body denotes a self governing body, independent, and subject to its own laws. If Autonomous Body or Institution is a company, it is regulated by the company law. If it is a society, it is governed by the law on registration of societies. But in both the cases, its own board of directors can specify the rules of business for the body / institution. For simplicity sake, normally the boards of such bodies or institutions may adopt the rules of the concerned Government or department under which they work, but only by passing of a resolution to that effect, and that since it is an autonomous body, administration of which is not controlled by any other authority including any State Govt. / Union Govt. of India, (U.G.I.)
CONSTITUTIONALITY & VALIDITY
Velviot Leadership Forum, has its CONSTITUTIONALITY & VALIDITY (at the discretion of the other University / Government) as follows: Generally every lover of education asks the question what is the constitutionality and reliability of this council or what sort of service or where the admission can be obtained by the students passing out from this board ?
The only clear answer to all such questions is that all the Educational Boards / Universities are Autonomous bodies. Hence It is left to the discretion of the University either to allow or refuse admission to a student from another University/ Board / Institution.
In this way, every State Government / Central Government is at liberty whether to provide Job / Service to a person, who has passed out from a particular University or Educational Board or Institution or not?
Hence, the resultant actions would be at the sole discretion of other University/ Board/ Institution before accepting or rejecting VBSP Institute Certification.
RECOGNITION
Regarding the question of Recognition, Our Council / Board is, at present, one of the leading Independent educational institutions of the Country, run by an Autonomous National Development Educational Agency, Registered under Government Act since 2013, as per the lawful Bylaws & Resolutions. It’s courses are similar to such Programs, that are offered by various Universities and Educational Boards, as VBSP Institute is strictly following the Syllabus, Curriculum & Nomenclatures, prescribed by University Grants Commission, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. LEGAL PROTECTION
"NCMRDT Council” is also not in receipt of any grant-in-aid either from the Government or from the University Grants Commission, so far. Therefore, naturally the UGC Act does not applicable to “ Velviot / NCMRDT Council”
“Velviot Leadership Forum” is a minority Institution, and hence it must have absolute freedom to run its activities under Article 30 of the Constitution of India. (Learn more...)
